Willa Ford is an excellent American singer, songwriter and actress.
Willa graduated from East Bay High School.
She started singing at the age of eight with the Tampa Bay Children's Choir and later joined Tampa-based children's performing arts troupe 'Entertainment Revue'.
Willa signed with Music Corporation of America [MCA] in 1999 and performed under the stage name of Mandah.
She wrote and recorded a song called "Lullaby" at MCA which was featured on the soundtrack for the movie "Pokemon: The First Movie".
Ford was also the opening act for the Backstreet Boys.
Later she changed her stage name from Mandah into Willa Ford.
Willa Ford signed with a new label, Lava Atlantic Records in 2001.
In July, 2001 she released her debut album titled "Willa Was Here" which consists of hit singles like "I Wanna Be Bad", "Did Ya' Understand That", "Ooh Ooh".
Ford co-wrote and recorded a duet with South Korean pop star Park Ji-yoon entitled 'Nastified' in 2002 which appeared on Park's fifth album "Man".
